In 2006, Knight Frank, the leading independent global residential and commercial property consultancy, went out to market to find the best solution for presenting property details digitally in their UK estate agent windows. They were looking for a turnkey, managed solution that would co-exist on their wide area network and provide each office with simple tool to place their prime property portfolio on to a digital window display.
Pixel were selected as offering the best solution, as we had considered not only the hardware, which required a sunlight readable technology, but also the software platform and content management process. Our solution was based on the CoolSign digital signage software platform, combined with our custom designed, simple to use content management interface.
Each branch is able to show their property details within minutes of them becoming available, while the head office marketing department is able to schedule their UK campaigns across the whole estate at the click of a mouse. We also provide remote and on-site hardware and software support to ensure that their displays are always on.
