In 2007 we won a competitive tender to install a digital signage system across nearly 300 check-in desks across Manchester's 3 terminals. The goal of the system was to provide flexible branding, able to adapt to real time check in allocation requirements, to replace the traditional fixed branding of check in desks such as light boxes and posters.
Our work involved designing, procuring and installing a mix of front and rear projection system, together with the hanging and framing systems to make a continuous run of screens that can be branded at the flick of a switch with the appropriate airline operators' details. We even supplied power and data infrastructure for the facility and continue to provide content design and development on a monthly basis.
