However, before you contact us, there are a few things you can do that may help us to diagnose the issue much quicker:
- Are the components you’re reporting powered up? Look for lights, which should be on.
- If the problem is difficult to describe, take a photo with your phone so we can see what you see.
- If you have more than one screen, please make a note of the position of the one you are reporting on.
- Are there any error lights or alert messages on screen?
