Her Majesty’s Revenue & Customs employs over 64,000 people in the UK. With such a large staff, communication is key to keeping the workforce up to speed with vital news and developments. We installed digital screens at HMRC’s departmental headquarters in Westminster and rolled out an internal corporate comms system across three of its UK sites.
The solution was designed around attractive and high impact aluminum free standing signs, with 46″ HD panels and a 3G mobile data connection. This set-up provided complete flexibility in positioning of the units, simply requiring a single power outlet. A series of bespoke templates were created for the project, so that all content remained on brand. Templates included charting and countdown capabilities to provide a truly dynamic content schedule.
As with all of our unique digital signage solutions, HMRC’s local communications managers are able to update content at their own location, whilst the London corporate comms team has control over the entire network.
