Kurt Geiger is a luxury British footwear and accessories retailer with over 70 stores, and over 170 concessions within department stores, including Harrods and Selfridges.
The Challenge
In 2013 we were asked by Kurt Geiger to take over control of an existing in-store digital media network that had fallen into an unmanaged state.
Our Approach
We utilised the existing hardware wherever possible and migrated their infrastructure to our managed content and support services, subsequently fitting new store openings with a variety of digital displays including video walls and high brightness window units.
The network now includes sites in various UK airports as well as high street and mall locations.
The Outcome
Kurt Geiger now has a single point of contact and proactive support from Pixel, ensuring that their whole digital network is centrally managed, remains upto date and supported on-site 364 days a year.
