Integrated & Automated Content Management for Agency Signage
Foxtons is a leading estate agency in London, with a network of over 50 branches spread throughout the capital offering sales and lettings.
Foxtons approached us in 2013 as part of a competitive tender for the re-creation of the content on their existing digital signage network. They wanted to employ a new strategy that automated the content production and distribution as much as possible, whilst also creating a total refresh of their animated content.
With new properties being frequently added to its database, we developed a self-generating content solution using live-data to seamlessly create and broadcast locally relevant content.
By integrating with Foxtons’ business information systems, the solution draws on the real-time data available in the core Foxtons IT systems. This includes property availability, new on the market, agent viewing calendars, lettings data and other statistics to automatically generate unique, localised content. This content is presented within newly designed and animated Scala templates across a variety of different formats to cater for the range of display types and aspect ratios across their estate.
As a result of our design and integration project, each screen in the network is able to automatically display bespoke content that is always relevant, fresh, engaging and on message.
