Harvey Nichols, founded in 1831, is a British luxury department store chain with stores in Knightsbridge, Bristol, Birmingham, Edinburgh, Leeds and Dublin.
As a premium retail operator, Harvey Nichols approached Pixel to provide a range of digital solutions across their estate, focussed on footfall increase and brand promotion.
We’d had previous exposure to the client when we helped deliver the digital solutions at their Beauty Bazaar in Liverpool One, installing several eye-catching solutions, including a 1x5 video wall, to enhance the store design and attract footfall. The next stage of their digital evolution was to encapsulate all stores, installing a variety of technologies into prime positions identified at each location. We provided consultancy, product recommendation, procurement of the various assets and installation into their respective locations. All content is managed centrally by us, on briefs given by the client, with campaign reports being issued to support partner brand promotions.
Harvey Nichols now have a heterogenous digital network across all of their sites. It’s fully managed and monitored by us,leaving their internal IT and facilities free to concentrate on their priority tasks.
