About the Role

We are on the hunt for a highly organised and outgoing person to join our team, who will be responsible for project managing Content Production and Creative Briefs for Digital Media Solutions for major retail clients.

You will be working on several large-scale accounts such as Urban Decay, Gucci, Kylie Skin, Selfridges, Morphe Cosmetics and many more high street retail names that you will know.

Your responsibility is to work with your clients on a daily basis, to review creative and content briefs, working with our in-house studio to produce content for all of your clients in-store digital screens. You will also learn complex Content Management Systems to schedule the media advertising throughout your clients stores across the UK and Worldwide.

Creative production could be taking a point-of-sale print and discussing how we can animate the campaign to provide a fast paced, eye-catching video to display in store or working with other media agencies in partnership, to deliver the latest campaign.

You will deal with multiple suppliers, contractors, customers, so you must have the ability to manage your own workload and report to management daily and weekly. Flexibility is paramount as Pixel have over 80 key clients based throughout the UK and Europe - no two days are the same!

Requirements

The company will provide you with training and access to all systems, for you to achieve the level of competency required.


Absolute essentials for this role are:

· Excellent written and oral communication

· Enthusiasm for technology and how it can help deliver value into retail organisations

· Competent with IT and software data entry

· Passion for branding and creative development through concept to production

· A creative eye and flare, an advertising passion is preferred but not essential

· Attention to detail

· Proficiency with Word, Excel & Power point

· Demonstrate excellent organisation skills and the ability to prioritise and multi-task in a busy paced team

· A friendly and open personality, with the ability to adjust to different settings

· A quick learner and team player

· Flexible to meet client demands and expectations

Preferable

· 12 months marketing or relevant business experience (This could be a year in industry or work experience during studies)

· A university degree in a relevant area of study

· A portfolio of design / project work to share

1. Laura McGuckian - Senior Client Services Manager, as your line manager

2. Natalie Woodall – Head of Client Services for all aspects of supporting the department

You must have the ability to manage your own workload and report to management daily and weekly. Flexibility is paramount as Pixel have over 70 key clients based throughout the UK and Europe, no two days are the same.

The company will provide you with training and access to all systems, for you to achieve the level of competency required.

Salary Up to £26,000 p.a
25 days holiday p.a (with the option to purchase up to 5 more)

Covid-19
